How to do Reverse Warrior
- Start in Warrior 2 with your front knee over your ankle.
- Slide your back hand lightly down your back leg.
- Reach your front arm up and back.
- Stay low in your front knee as you stretch.
- Breathe into the long side of your body.
Common mistakes
- Straightening the front leg as you lean back.
- Putting your weight into the back hand.
- Collapsing into the side you are not stretching.
Make it easier
- Shorten your stance and bend the front knee less.
- Keep your back hand on your hip.
