This morning yoga class is an all-levels flow class, which includes a full body warm up, sun salutations, a variety of strength building postures, twists, a sequence of mandala flow and toward the end of class a fun balance flow.
This yoga class was designed to promote deep relaxation. Before you begin, create an environment which will enhance your experience of this relaxing class - low lights, music, limited distractions, etc.
