Forearm Plank is plank pose held on the forearms instead of the hands. Erin often saves it for the last core push of a sequence, and it is a good option if your wrists need a break.
How to do Forearm Plank
- Come down onto your forearms with your shoulders right over your elbows.
- Take your forearms parallel to one another.

- Draw your belly button back toward your spine.
