🌟 Toning & Strengthening Yoga Flow 🌟
Hi friends! Today’s class is all about focusing on toning and strengthening the arms while building confidence and balance. We’ll flow through a dynamic sequence filled with strength-building poses, juicy stretches, and balance challenges that will leave your body feeling strong, supported, and rejuvenated.
We’ll start with an active Child’s Pose to warm up the shoulders and spine, setting the tone for the class. From there, we’ll ease into core-strengthening flows like Downward Dog variations, planks, and Spinal Balance to build stability. As we progress, we’ll incorporate arm-focused sequences, such as Archer’s Arm variations and Dolphin Pose, to tone and stretch the upper body.
The highlight of our practice will be working toward fun arm balances, like Eka Pada Koundinyasana, with plenty of encouragement to find your strength at your own pace. You’ll also enjoy stretches like Half Pigeon and Cow Face Pose to release tension in the shoulders and hips after all that hard work.
