This 30 Day Yoga Challenge will take you on a journey throughout North America and Central America as you practice yoga in some incredible locations. Each day will take you to a new location for the next month! Have a great trip and we’ll see you on your mat.

Slow and Controlled movements and transitions during this 40 minute Hold and Flow Yoga Class.

Day 3

This one hour beach yoga class is an intermediate/advanced level flow class that works the strength building angle of yoga with some arm balances, inversions and lots and lots of chaturangas.

Day 4

Five Parks Yoga 30 Day Challenge

Filmed at La Carolina Lodge in Costa Rica, this 30 minute yoga class moves toward a silent meditation at the end. This, gentle, slow moving yoga sequence is designed to move you from head in to body.

This 50 minute yoga class was filmed by the river at La Carolina Lodge in beautiful Costa Rica. This vinyasa class works toward the arm balance Astavakrasana, (crooked in 8 places pose).

This is an interesting yoga flow, which builds upon itself throughout the length of class.

This yoga class includes an active warm-up, 5 rounds of sun salutations and standing and balancing poses with repetitive and strength building movements meant to challenge the big muscle groups while simultaneously working with the breath and gaining flexibility.

Day 20

Five Parks Yoga 30 Day Challenge

This one hour yoga class includes seated stretching postures throughout the entirety of the class. The class is structured so that stretching postures are offered between flows throughout class, vs. stacking them all at the end of the class.

Day 21

Five Parks Yoga 30 Day Challenge

This 70-minute vinyasa flow yoga class focuses on the twisted variations of mostly familiar postures such as crescent moon, crescent lunge, chair, standing straddle splits, (3 twist variations), garland pose, side angle, revolved half moon, side lunge, etc.

This yoga class was filmed at the end of an amazing one week retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica at the Costa Rica Yoga Spa.

Day 23

It was too cold and snowy to film this yoga class outside, but this class was filmed in Crested Butte, Colorado in the middle of a long ski weekend.

This yoga class is a “complete,” but shorter vinyasa flow, which includes a full warm up and a flow with strength and balance postures, chaturangas and more.

This 25-minute yoga flow class begins with 5 rounds of deep breathing, followed by a 5 minute spinal warm up with stomach grinds, side bends and twists.

I hope you enjoy this yoga class which emphasizes poses that strengthen and stretch the back side of the body. Included throughout class are classic spine strengthening postures like cobra, plank, reverse plank, locust and more.

For the most part we will hold some intense deep stretch postures in this home yoga class, but there is some “posture to posture” movement between longer holds.

Day 28

This 60 minute at home yoga class focuses on postures that expand the lungs, heart center, chest, and throat.

Day 29

Five Parks Yoga 30 Day Challenge

This 45-minute at home yoga class allows you to access breath and movement to release tension and energy from the comfort of your own home.

Day 30

Five Parks Yoga 30 Day Challenge

This yoga class includes a number of plank variations and a variety of movements to strengthen your entire body. Challenge your entire body with down dog to plank crunches, plank with knee taps and hip dips, side plank with elbow to knee crunches, forearm plank, reverse plank and more.
