Step into the next chapter of your yoga journey with Five Parks Yoga’s 200-Hour Foundations Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, led by Erin Sampson. This one-of-a-kind experience offers the perfect blend of personalized instruction, immersive learning, and the breathtaking beauty of Costa Rica.
Training Dates & Details
- On Demand Learning: 25 hours of your learning will be via on-demand videos that Erin has created. These videos will cover most of the Humanities, Anatomy, Biomechanics and Physiology Modules.
- Live On Line Learning: Erin will be hosting 4 zoom meetings to further explore the modules in the on-demand learning.
- Live Zoom Meeting Dates (Sundays) approx. 2 hours:
March 2, 2025, March 9, 2025, March 16, 2025, March 23, 2025
Meeting Time: 10 am pacific / 11 am mountain / 12 pm central / 1 pm eastern - In Person Learning: The bulk of your training will be in person in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

Tuition Fee: $2,999 (includes all materials and a Costa Rican lunch daily during in-person training)

Yoga Alliance Certification
Our curriculum meets and exceeds all Yoga Alliance (YA) standards. We are currently finalizing our RYS designation.
Application Process
Space is limited, and applications are highly competitive. To secure your spot, a $1,000 deposit will be required upon approval to the program. This deposit will be applied toward your tuition. No payment is necessary until your application is accepted.
