Please set yourself up for an enjoyable and transformative Yoga Nidra Practice. Make yourself comfortable and simply follow the verbal instructions that I will offer during this experience.
Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which you will become completely relaxed, and will become increasingly aware of your inner world.
You will remain in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses Your hearing will keep you connected to the instructions during this experience. The yogic goal of deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation are the same, a state of meditative consciousness called samadhi.
